Clinical Supervision

I offer group supervision for LMSWs seeking clinical licensure. Current groups meet Tuesdays 6-8 pm. In addition to the 4 hours of group supervision per month, I provide individual consultation as needed to support the individual needs of each supervisee and ensure the safety & progress of the clients they serve.

Group clinical supervision sessions include a combination of case consultation, live practice/demonstration of clinical skills and provision of evidence-based resources and materials to support your professional growth & development. Clinical supervisees are encouraged to engage in self-reflection within an inclusive, authentic and brave space for learning. All clinical supervisees are provided access to a shared google drive library of clinical resources full of assessment/screening tools, in-session handouts/worksheets, research articles and therapy manuals.

I encourage anyone seeking clinical licensure to interview several different Clinical Supervisors to ensure 1) goodness of fit between the knowledge & professional experiences of the Clinical Supervisor and the Supervisee's career goals and 2) Supervision style & approach to fostering the professional development of their supervisees.

I have several options for funding your clinical supervision hours including: 

1) Private Pay rate of $240/month ($60/hr) which includes all individual consults needed at no additional cost.

​

2) Community service where the clinical supervisee provides 4 hours of therapy services per week (16 hours per month) to an underserved group within the local community free of charge. In exchange for your community service, I will waive all clinical supervision fees.

3) I reserve several fellowship positions through the Central Texas Mental Health Coalition for BIPOC therapists to increase access to skilled mental health providers from underrepresented communities in Central Texas.
